Adam Kostyál

Adam Kostyál serves as President of Nasdaq Stockholm and Head of European Listings & Capital Markets, bringing close to two decades of leadership experience within Nasdaq.

In this capacity, he oversees the entire European listings ecosystem, covering the markets in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Helsinki, as well as the Baltic and Icelandic exchanges.

He remains deeply engaged in promoting the growth, visibility, and long‑term competitiveness of European capital markets.

His career at Nasdaq has included several senior leadership roles, building on earlier professional experience at Cell Network, Bloomberg, and Enron.

He holds a B.A. in Economics and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit in Brussels and is fluent in English, Swedish, Italian, and French. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is the proud father of five children.
