Elena Lavezzi

Elena Lavezzi leads ZNEXT, one of the few women in Italy at the helm of an industrial innovation initiative of this scale.

She helped launch Uber in Italy during the early days of the sharing economy in the country, then held leadership roles at two other unicorns, Circle and Revolut, where she ran Southern Europe operations, building markets in fintech while the sector was still defining its rules. Before ZNEXT, she was Group Chief Strategy Officer at Kuda, an African fintech.

Three continents, three sectors, three markets built before they became obvious. At ZNEXT, that same ability to read ahead becomes the criterion for selecting, building, and scaling the companies she backs.

 She is also Venture Partner at Eurazeo, advisor and mentor to several venture capital funds, and limited partner in Project Europe.
