Filippo Nicolò Rodriguez

Filippo Nicolò Rodriguez is a Senior Executive with over 15 years experience in national and international public affairs, European policy, ESG strategy, and corporate philanthropy.

He currently serves as Head of Institutional Affairs Northern Macro Area at Enel. Throughout his career, he has held a number of increasingly senior roles within the Enel Group, including Managing Director of Enel Cuore, the Group’s corporate foundation, and Head of Sustainability Italy.

He has also gained significant international experience, both within Enel—where he held senior positions in the European Affairs Directorate in Brussels—and within multilateral environments, collaborating with United Nations agencies and diplomatic representations.

He has been elected to several positions in national and international organizations, including member of the National Council of ASSIFERO (Italian Association of Grant-Making Foundations), Vice President of the United Nations Global Compact Network Italy, as well as Chair of Eurelectric’s Social Sustainability Working Group.

He graduated with honors in International Relations and Political Science from Roma Tre University and holds a postgraduate diploma in Diplomacy from ISPI in Milan. He has completed executive training programs at leading international academic institutions and think tanks, including the European University Institute, the Aspen Institute, and the London School of Economics. He was also selected as a Young Leader Fellow by the Council for the United States and Italy (CONSIUSA).
