Keli Lee

Keli Lee finds the gaps between markets, builds the infrastructure, and captures the value. Over two decades at The Walt Disney Company, she most recently served as founding Managing Director of Disney/ABC Studios International, where she built a global content and production business across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Prior to that role, she led casting and talent operations for ABC and Disney, and founded Disney/ABC Discovers, a pioneering program for underrepresented creative talent that launched the careers of Pedro Pascal, Lupita Nyong'o, and the late Chadwick Boseman, among others.

She is the founder and CEO of Kurioscity, a curated brand, editorial, and technology platform across culture, wellness, lifestyle, travel, and intelligence. She is also a board director and investor in growth-stage companies in consumer brands, wellness, media, and innovation. She is a Trustee of the Aspen Institute and a Henry Crown Fellow, a former co-owner of Chicago Stars FC in the NWSL, with U.S. Women's National Team players who won Olympic Gold at Paris 2024 and the 2019 FIFA World Cup, and an inventor with four provisional patents in biological thermal management of infrastructure using living organisms.

Born in Korea and raised in the United States, she has lived in five countries across three continents and traveled to more than 100, and currently divides her time between Austin, New York, London, and Seoul.
