Pasquale Frega

Pasquale Frega boasts extensive international experience, gained in leading pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis, Celgene Corporation, InterMune, and Ipsen in Europe (France, London, Nordic countries) and the Americas.

In his most recent role, Frega served as President for Canada and Latin America at Novartis, leading the region to significant business achievements in terms of both economic growth and operational excellence. Previously, he was the Country President of the company’s Italian division, distinguishing himself by leading the company to become a leader in the country's pharmaceutical sector.

Since February 2025, he has held the role of President and Managing Director at Philip Morris Italia, bringing his strategic vision to guide the company through its transformation towards a smoke-free future.
